Malaysia and Indonesia in their relation to the
issue of achieving decent livelihood for women.
The seminar forms a
second series of the international joint seminar
between Universiti Sains Malaysia and Universitas
Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Papers
will be presented by participants from two partner
universities.
The seminar is divided into four sub-themes. Each
sub-theme is organized into its own panel as
follows:

leadership
Panel 2: Women’s participation in livelihood
activities: Critical analyses
Panel 3: Rethinking good governance and leadership
for women
Panel 4: Governing the bottom half billion:

The
panels consist of papers proposing the relevant
discourses by focusing on the experiences of
Malaysia and Indonesia. Call for papers is
already closed. We cordially invite
participation from any interested party to interact
and take part in the discussion of the papers during
the panel presentations. There is no
registration fee for the participation.
