PROGRAMME EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES (PEO)

The Master Programme aims to produce graduates who meet the following  objectives:

 PEO1  Capable of integrating and evaluating advanced theory, research and practice in the field of Gender Studies

PEO2  Capable of demonstrating entrepreneurial, leadership and organizational responsibility skills

PEO3  Demonstrate competency in using a variety of digital applications, technology tools and high-level numeracy skills in assignments, research and careers

PEO4  Possess effective interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, creativity and innovation when dealing with stakeholders

PEO5  Practising profesional and sustainable lifelong learning in generating new knowledge and skills, adhere to ethics in their assignments and careers

PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES (PLO)

PLO1 Demonstrate originality in evaluating information, theories, concepts, and practices in the field

of gender studies.

PLO2 Apply cognitive skills critically and creatively in problem solving and decision making.

PLO3 Apply practical skills in advocacy and research in the field of gender studies.

PLO4 Communicate effectively about theories, skills, and ideas for the purpose of advocacy and  research in the field of gender studies

PLO5 Work effectively with various parties and stakeholders to solve problems related to gender issues in the community and society

PLO6 Demonstrate skills in using various applications and digital tools in analyzing gender-related issues, policies, and frameworks.

PLO7 Demonstrate skills in interpreting numerical and graphical data in research using a variety of quantitative and qualitative approaches.

PLO8 Demonstrate leadership skills, autonomy, and accountability in groups and organizations

PLO9 Demonstrate commitment to lifelong learning to improve knowledge and practice in gender studies

PLO10 Demonstrate management, entrepreneurial and innovation skills for the purpose of gender-related advocacy and in-depth research.

PLO11 Demonstrate ethical values ​​and professionalism in research and advocacy in the field of gender studies
